EQINS Cal Labs Private Limited is registered organization established in the year 2019 and located at Jeedimetla, Hyderabad (Telangana). The concept of M/s. EQINS Cal Labs Private Limited is to develop and provide a means for third party certification of the competence of laboratories to perform specific types of testing & calibration.
The EQINS provides formal recognition of competent laboratories, thus providing a ready means for customers to find reliable testing and calibration service in order to meet their demands/requirements. Also enhances customer confidence in accepting testing/ calibration reports issued by accredited laboratory.
The EQINS is headed by highly qualified, experienced & trained Instrumentation Engineer and staffed with qualified & well trained engineers in laboratory Management & Internal Auditing.
EQINS calibration laboratory having a quality Manual & follows the standard traceable to International / National Systems.
EQINS has understood the need/demand in the current market for calibration services and undertake calibration of pressure, Thermal, Electro-Technical, and Temperature mapping in our laboratory as well as at customer site. And we perform all kind of Statutory Inspections in Factories authorized from Inspector of Factories, equipments like Pressure Vessels-Ultrasonic thickness test/Hydrostatic Test, Lifting Machinery/Tools/Tackles, Conducting Safety Audits Etc.
It is statutory requirement that all Pressure Vessels/Plant, Hoists & Lifts and Lifting Tackles / Machinery in every organization should be tested by COMPETENT PERSON periodically as per Factories Act & Telangana Factories Rules.
The periodicity fixed for External inspection of Pressure vessels and Hoists/Lifts is once in 6 (six) months and for the balance lifting tackles and lifting machinery the periodicity is fixed as once in a year.
Apart from the Factories Act, Each Organization should get their equipments tested to know the Maximum permissible pressure of the pressure vessel and operation of safety devices of Lifting Machines.
We have Ultrasonic Thickness Testers, Hydraulic Dynamometer, and get our testing equipments periodically calibrated. We have Hand Operated Hydrostatic Test Pumps, Safety Valve Test Bench etc.
